Pravasi Bhushan, Founder & Chief Learning Strategist
Pravasi is a distinguished luminary in the realm of Learning and Development (L&D), celebrated for his unwavering dedication to driving significant value for organizations through innovative and strategic learning initiatives.
With an illustrious career spanning more than 20 years, Pravasi has profoundly shaped the L&D landscape with his exceptional contributions and visionary leadership. Over the last decade, he has held leadership positions in EY, UHG, and Kipi driving learning and growth initiatives that impact business outcomes.
A thought leader in L&D, Pravasi holds certifications from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and more, alongside two Master’s degrees and a Doctorate in progress. His research and leadership focus on strategy, innovation, and value creation in business organizations.
Pravasi’s expertise and thought leadership extend beyond the corporate sphere into academia and global conferences. He is associated with esteemed educational institutions, such as IIM Sambalpur, serving as guest faculty, where he shares his experiences and insights with future leaders. His contributions to the field have also earned him invitations to prestigious conferences as a keynote speaker, including Cambridge University, where he presented his groundbreaking research on the personalization of learning.
Santhosh Josyula, Partner & Chief Technology Strategist
Santhosh is married to the mission of shaping learner's career journeys through authentic experiences. Experimentist at core, he wore multiple hats of entrepreneur, designer, teacher, product manager and data scientist over past 20 years.
An alumnus of IIT Bombay and Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh and EY, he is keen to leverage academic and professional networks to create impactful learning solutions.
At Growth with Gyan, he leads innovation at the intersection of technology disruption and human interaction.

Dr. Eric Ellefsen (Ex-EY, Global Learning Design Leader)
Eric Ellefsen is a seasoned learning and development leader with over 30 years of experience in corporate training and instructional design. He retired as Director at EY, where he served as the Global Learning Design Leader, driving impactful learning strategies. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Learning at Kaplan Performance Solutions and Curriculum Manager at AT&T.
Eric holds a PhD in Educational Technology from the University of Northern Colorado, bringing deep expertise in instructional design, technology-enhanced learning, and corporate training innovation.
Dr. Atri Sengupta, Associate Professor, IIM, Sambalpur
Dr. Atri Sengupta is a distinguished academician and expert in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, currently serving as Associate Professor, PGP Chair, and Area Chair – OB & HR at the Indian Institute of Management, Sambalpur. With extensive experience in academia, she has held faculty positions at prestigious institutions, including IIM Raipur, Calcutta Business School, Bengal Engineering & Science University (now IIEST), and ICFAI University.
Dr. Sengupta earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has made significant contributions to research and teaching in leadership, self-regulation, talent management, and employment relations with special focus on cross-disciplinary research. Her publications appear in FT50 (Financial Times 50) journals, the top ranked management journals of the world.
