I’m Pravasi, a seasoned Talent Management and Development leader with over 20 years of experience driving learning and leadership growth across India, China, and the US. Over the years, I’ve held key roles in organizations such as Kipi (a WNS company), EY, Tata Interactive Systems, UnitedHealth Group, and Wipro. Today, I lead my own learning consulting practice—Growth With Gyan—where I partner with clients on leadership development and broader learning initiatives. I also serve as a guest lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at IIM Sambalpur.
