Eric Ellefsen is a seasoned learning and development leader with over 30 years of experience in corporate training and instructional design. He retired as Director at EY, where he served as the Global Learning Design Leader, driving impactful learning strategies. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Learning at Kaplan Performance Solutions and Curriculum Manager at AT&T.
Eric holds a PhD in Educational Technology from the University of Northern Colorado, bringing deep expertise in instructional design, technology-enhanced learning, and corporate training innovation.
Dr. Atri Sengupta is a distinguished academician and expert in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, currently serving as Associate Professor, PGP Chair, and Area Chair – OB & HR at the Indian Institute of Management, Sambalpur. With extensive experience in academia, she has held faculty positions at prestigious institutions, including IIM Raipur, Calcutta Business School, Bengal Engineering & Science University (now IIEST), and ICFAI University.
Dr. Sengupta earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has made significant contributions to research and teaching in leadership, self-regulation, talent management, and employment relations with special focus on cross-disciplinary research. Her publications appear in FT50 (Financial Times 50) journals, the top ranked management journals of the world.
